Usually, home inventory increases closer to spring. This year, that is not the case so far. Home inventory in Shorewood, Illinois actually decreased, slightly, in February 2022, from January 2022.

In January 2022, in Shorewood, there were 39 properties for sale (all property types) and in February 2022, there were 37 properties for sale.

However, in January 2019, there were 104 properties for sale in Shorewood.
